What is honorable closure?

Honorable closure is a way that you can basically get some distance, cut ties, cut energetic cords and appreciate the lessons, the gifts, the challenges, the opportunities that you may have had with a relationship or perhaps a job or a place where you lived or maybe just an old way of being. Or perhaps leaving a place or a vacation–being grateful for it–or maybe having lost a loved one and providing another way that you can have some closure in a way that’s honoring not only to you, but to the other person or to the other situation or the other place.

My Approach to Shamanism

A great question I get asked is, “How did I get into shamanism, and do I teach it, and how does one learn more?” For me, it was awakening to the fact, enduring, sitting in intuitive circles, and going into guided meditation, I had a remembrance just like you did, “What was I in a past lifetime or whatever? I was this, I was that.” So I was shown a lot of different times, either through past life regressions, or through journeys where, “I’ve been a medicine person, a healer in many lifetimes.” And then I heard, “You’re a shaman.” And I’m like, “What’s a shaman?” So that was my first thing.
